Here at EPAM, we are building a global Technology Consulting practice. The growth we are experiencing is driving the need for talented CIO Advisory and Technology consultant, focused on driving large programs in the Industrial Areas to deliver value for EPAM clients, architect and sell value-added solutions and to help growing our CIO and Technology Advisory practice. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business development efforts, including proposal development, Statements of Work (SOW), client presentations
  • Demonstrate authoritative knowledge and its implications for the organization and the industry
  • Link the client's business strategy to its IT strategy and document and devise programs and projects that show how the current and future needs of the organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable and adaptable manner
  • Evaluate the applicability of leading-edge technologies and use this information to significantly influence future IT and business growth strategy
  • Help select best teams to deliver on the proposed solution vision. Drive implementation of those solutions through established program management principles and best practices
  • Initiate and maintain strong working relationships with EPAM sales leadership, account management and delivery teams to create distinct and valuable customer centric solutions
  • Identify additional opportunities to provide value-added services and work with Sales and Account Management to capitalize on these opportunities


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 8-15 years of progressively responsible experience in an internal Business\ echnology or technology consulting environment
  • Understanding of business operations and challenges in manufacturing, supply chain and similar industries, with the ability to map and align people, process and technology solutions to business goals in the enterprise business context
  • Hand on experience and/or understanding of latest trends like Industry 4.0 and its supporting technologies like cloud & edge, data & analytics, machine learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), augmented reality & virtual reality (AR/VR), intelligent automation, etc
  • Experience leading and managing technology-based consulting engagements and complex programs
  • Experience with the digital transformation concepts including people, process, technologies in the context of industrial environments
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field. Project/program certification preferred, e.g., PMP
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

ADDITIONAL

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
