Senior Manager, Business Operations
Ibotta is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. Please note we are open to hiring at a manager or senior manager level.
What you will be doing:

- Lead a team of Analysts and Managers who are responsible for the technical set up of all content, including complex targeting and thorough QA procedures
- Provide 1:1 coaching and professional development to all team members
- Act as Operations stakeholder for company-wide initiatives, identifying needs and helping to drive execution
- Remove roadblocks and help streamline communication between Operations and cross-functional teams across the company
- Translate client intent into content that pleases savers and functions flawlessly
- Accomplish organizational goals by taking ownership of executing new and different client requests
- Continue to enhance and scale teamwide workflows with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Work with leadership to identify and implement new tools and resources for team functionality
- Build and relay reports for leadership related to accuracy and efficiency of the program launch process

- Technical Skills: Intermediate Looker
- 5-7 + years of experience, including 1 year of people management preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and driven with the ability to motivate a large team
- Track record of creating scalable process improvements
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly effective verbal and written communication
- Project management experience, excel at juggling multiple projects at once
- Ability to make judgment calls based on the needs of the business
