Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

This individual will be part of the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function of our Information Security program. You will conduct Risk Assessments of information systems and suppliers utilizing strong policy and process knowledge, as well as skills and expertise with a variety of technologies. You will assess third party suppliers of outsourced services. You will partner with our sales organization to support client inquires of Western Unions information security posture. You will manage remediation plans associated with findings found during assessments. You will also be able to complete additional tasks as assigned.

You’ll need 2+ years previous experience with Risk Assessment/Auditing Methodologies and approaches. You’ll have your CISA, CISM, CISSP, or the ability to obtain one within six months. You’ll need some familiarity with NIST Standards as well. You have a demonstrated knowledge of a broad range of technology and security concepts, and you are comfortable assisting the Sales team with Client information security requests.

Annual base salary gross:  $71,192 - $121,476. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
