We are growing again and we need a Senior Help Desk Specialist to join our team! 

A2Z Sync is a trusted advisor in the automotive industry - transforming the sales process into a transparent experience for customers and providing the tools necessary for dealers to transition to a single point of contact. 

Overview

We are looking for a skilled help desk specialist to provide fast and effective support for our clients, and are as passionate about Client Experience as we are. You will be asked to respond to queries, addressing system and user issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely and professional manner. 

You must be local to the Denver area or willing to relocate.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responding to client support queries over the phone and via chat
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries 
• Diagnosing issues with all platform modules
• Talking clients through basic problem-solving processes
• Completing support tickets and escalating to the appropriate department for resolution
• Following up with clients to ensure issue has been resolved
• Respond to email messages for customers seeking help

Skills and Experience Required:

• 3-5 years working as a help desk specialist 
• Strong understanding of dealership technology systems is a plus
• Passion for Client Experience and ability to be a self starter
• Knowledge of computer software systems, including databases, office applications, and operating systems
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
• Advanced knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
