Senior Executive Administrator

Overview of the position:

In our new role you will be providing high-quality administrative support to the CEO and COO of Scaled Agile, Inc. Primary support tasks include scheduling meetings, making domestic and international travel arrangements, as well as managing various administration activities as assigned by the CEO and COO.  The position requires coordination with the development and execution teams to arrange meetings and support communication and collaboration.

What you’ll be doing:

• Implement and manage a task management system for better efficiency within the role
• Use internal communication systems to keep informed and share visibility of tasks
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including obtaining visas, process expense claims
• Schedule meetings across calendars of team leads and team members

• Plan meeting schedules and events
• Communicate between executives and external contacts
• Manage phone calls and emails
• Create presentations and update documents
• Respond promptly to queries and requests for support.

Skills and experience that are important for the role:

• Able to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. This position supports a fast-paced, highly collaborative group
• 3-5 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Strong MS Office with advanced Excel & Powerpoint skills
• Experience working with Google docs, Box, and other team collaboration tools
• To be successful in this role, you are  proactive, meet deadlines and communicate and collaborate effectively.

Where you’ll be working:  This position is based in our corporate headquarters and learning center in Boulder, CO.
