  • Partner with Crisis Management to design and regularly test Data Center down and other crisis scenarios and champion special resiliency projects, as needed

  • Drive standardized recovery strategies by category/tier

  • Enhance DR program requirements to strengthen the use of activation testing over functional and tabletop testing, including documenting and publishing clear direction to recovery requirements for each criticality tier

  • Ensure transparency of program contribution, (goals, wins and risks) through reporting, providing superior service, and collaboration (soliciting stakeholder issues, expectations, requirements, and ideas) increasing confidence in resilience program

  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive analysis of processes and performance, recommending and implementing solutions for improvement when necessary

  • Determine the critical path for project deliverables and coordinate cross-team efforts to complete projects as efficiently as possible

  • Ensure preparation and the approval for project cost analysis, schedule, and technical baselines, and participates in documented, timely baseline change control
