The Senior Director will have a track record of successfully building and managing a Demand Generation function. They will be responsible for driving pipeline and accelerating our growth globally. The candidate will have a strong understanding of all relevant acquisition channels and make decisions based on data. They’ll partner closely with Sales, Revenue Ops and Marketing peers.
They create, balance, and prioritize multiple initiatives with ease, effectively communicating with a variety of stakeholders, and optimally developing collaborations at every turn.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Develops the global demand generation strategy and is responsible for building and managing best-in-class demand generation programs to impact all areas of the funnel for our global business.
- Works in lock step with marketing, revenue operations and sales leadership to develop demand marketing program strategies that support demand objectives pipeline and impact revenue
Leads his/her team in generating demand with prospects and partners across integrated, multi-touch strategies involving events, webinars, social, intent tools, direct mail and traditional email, advertising, PPC, and SEO - Is keeping a constant eye on the performance metrics that his/her team is being measured against to ensure that the Global demand generation team is always critically analyzing and optimizing the performance of the marketing campaigns and other demand generation / sales incentive initiatives
- Develop and lead an account-based marketing strategy in partnership with sales to align to partner account plan
Identifies new marketing tools and technology that would support the global demand generation function
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least ten (10) years of demand generation experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- At least five (5) years of leadership experience in a field, demand gen, digital or campaign marketing role in a B2B organization
- Proven experience building and scaling demand generation functions for global SaaS companies
- A passion for analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and ROI, identifying actionable insights to achieve results
- Creative, analytical and willing to be hands-on. This is both a strategic and a "doing" role
- Experience using foundational marketing and sales tech stack tools, marketing automation and CRM software
- Ability to influence others, implement change, and standardize processes in a complex business environment
Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $160,000 or more depending on experience
