Guild is building out a Community & Social Impact organization sought at developing and leading a coalition of partners in the Guild ecosystem. In this role, we’ll be extending that partnership and convening power to build out and nurture our broader community of innovators who help us unlock opportunity for the American workforce.

Crafting a community of innovators is an important part of Guild’s brand and long-term vision. This person will work alongside the leaders of our employer and academic partnerships teams – who support those leaders and their organizations as clients – to ensure that they and our broader coalition of advisors, thought leaders, and innovators can come together in a meaningful way that builds impact.

As a Senior Director of Executive Community Partnerships, you will:

  • Develop the Guild Experience for our executive community - inclusive of corporate executives (current and past partners), celebrities, advisors, influencers, and select investors, in partnership with our Employer Services teams, GTM and Executive Leadership team
  • In addition to an experience, you’ll craft engagement and content management strategy to advise and encourage our communities on a regular and ongoing basis in partnership with Guild’s Brand and Communications teams
  • Design and lead strategy for events and experiences sought at our community partners- collaborating with Events, GTM and Policy teams
  • Build and manage relationships with existing, former, and potential - executive sponsors across the F1000 through regular outreach and check-ins
  • Redesign our Advisory Board governance and engagement strategy - across various constituents
  • Oversee the method by which Guild builds out its network management motion to ensure our market-facing teams and leadership are leveraging Guild Community relationships as optimally as possible
  • Work closely with the Events and Comms team to bring our Executive Community together for Guild’s annual Opportunity Summit and other Guild proprietary events
  • Help craft overall team strategy as a founding senior team member

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • Expertise and/or excitement about Guild’s position at the intersection of education, economic mobility, career advancement, the future of work and the future of workers.
  • The organizational skills to harness opportunities and get results through creative and engaging experiences - while also being able to work autonomously across partners
  • Significant experience handling external relationships and partnerships with executives at F500 companies, universities, governments and/or similar organizations

  • The ability to fuel magic when you bring people together - a love of crafting moments of creativity, happiness and alignment through community
  • An empath’s ability to build connections – a love of connecting dots between people, ecosystems, and opportunities
  • Proven track record to craft scalable operations and processes - particularly in ways that can be used across leaders and other operators in a business

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market driven, including a base salary range of $185,000 - $237,500 as well as company stock options.
