Sr. Customer Support Analyst

At Well Data Labs, we tackle hard data problems within large Oil and Gas companies by creating intuitive and well-tuned software that make our users look awesome !

We are looking for a helpful, patient and collaborative Sr. Customer Support Analyst who will quickly respond to our customers needs by providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities & Opportunities of the Role:

  • Learn the intricacies of the completions data life-cycle and become a subject matter expert in Well Data Labs products
  • Manage post-sale support process for Well Data Lab’s customers and their partners through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, project planning and execution
  • Use a deep understanding of the product to speak with customers about solving their complex needs/issues
  • Properly track and escalate unresolved issues to the product or development teams
  • Provide web-based training and help customers learn to independently solve their issues
  • Use excellent customer service skills to exceed customers’ expectations
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of issues
  • Help oversee that the Well Data Labs knowledge base

Minimum Qualifications to Apply:

  • Proven experience providing support for complex technical data
  • Working knowledge of help desk software, databases, such as GrooveHQ
  • Strong client-facing verbal and written communication skills
  • Tenacity to solve hard problems and utilize advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Experience managing and leading multiple people and projects
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • College degree in a related field and strong preference of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
