We need a teammate who is excited to help our customer base of progressive entrepreneurs and businesses. Many of our customers are fast growing brands in industries such as apparel, outdoor gear, natural and clean beauty, natural foods, eco home goods, art and jewelry. Their products are often natural, organic, recycled, sustainable, fair trade, USA made, and they need our help shipping their products in a way that embodies their values. We are seeking a candidate who embodies our core values, who is committed to the environment, and who is passionate about the success of colleagues and customers.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is exceptionally organized, thrives in a fast paced and growing environment, can add a unique perspective to the team, and will enjoy working with business leaders to help them develop thoughtful packaging solutions.

We are seeking:

  • 2+ years B2B customer success or account management 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An optimist with growth mindset towards delivering a world class customer and employee experience 
  • Confidence and desire to be a team leader
  • Commitment to learning about and advancing sustainability in ecommerce
  • Comfort working with 40- 50 customers per day 

What you will do: 

  • Act as a trusted partner to EcoEnclose Customers to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Learn about customers' business and packaging needs and provide support and recommendations based on our Sustainability Framework and our product offering 
  • Independently respond to customer inquiries and maintain Customer Happiness Rating of 95%+  
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into the marketing and sales process, product, and internal process improvement
  • Manage a set of quarterly priorities focused on improving customer experience
