Senior Client Relations Manager (U.S. Remote) at FIS

About the team
The North America Relationship Management team is responsible for servicing, retention, and cross sales across Enterprise and Middle Market merchants. The team partners with the merchant to ensure optimal uptime, processing speed, and back-office efficiency. We also work in a strategic, collaborative role to drive value to the merchant by introducing new Worldpay from FIS products and services that reduce the overall cost of acceptance and increase merchant revenues, as well as leverage our banking and capital markets solutions for the benefit of the merchant.
What you will be doing
As a leader of the Client Relations Management team, you are ultimately responsible for overall customer satisfaction resulting in retaining existing customers by extending contracts for current business and the growth of the portfolio through the identification of cross sale opportunities. You will manage a team of professionals to ensure high client satisfaction and service levels are exceeded. Responsible for:
- streamlining processes to improve service levels and realize efficiencies
- overall retention and revenue growth
- identifying new business opportunities to expand the partnerships
- Professional polish and experience in managing executive level client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communications with ability to lead financial negotiations and assist in legal negotiations
- Payments industry experience with Top 100 Retailers
- Worldpay merchant processing experience
