JumpCloud is looking for an accomplished Senior Campaign Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing Operations team. This individual will work with Marketing teams to execute programs that support our various lifecycles and lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms. This individual will also be responsible for implementing best practices and processes for campaign automation and management in Pardot. Success in this role will include working collaboratively across marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to build programs, standardize processes, and optimize campaigns and automations.
As Senior Campaign Operations Manager, you will:
- Design and support the optimization of marketing campaign setup in Pardot
- Create, manage and refine marketing audience segmentation
- Collaborate across multiple teams, contributors and partners to implement marketing campaigns
- Work with stakeholders to improve the accuracy and reach of campaigns
- Troubleshoot and QA various aspects of campaign setup
- Continually refine our methods and processes, increasing our efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for marketing automation and actively drive, organize, and participate in key enhancements
- Produce quality documentation of complex processes, to maintain maximum transparency in all aspects of the operation
As an ideal candidate, you will have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in marketing automation, operations, or demand gen
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, in operations supporting marketing and sales teams
- Expert user of Pardot marketing automation platform, certification a plus
- Proficient user of Salesforce, familiarity with automation rules and triggers a plus
- Proficiency in workflow management applications such as Jira, Workfront or Monday.com.
- Self-directed and creative thinker; ready to proactively bring innovative ideas to the table, solve problems and find new ways to improve results.
- A sense of curiosity and analytical mind
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role is $120,000-$130,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. JumpCloud provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, short and long term disability, life insurance and a 401k savings plan. We have an unlimited vacation policy.
Where you’ll be working/Location:
JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First. All of our roles are remote. If a role requires you to be in a certain location or country, that will be clearly stated in the job description. All roles posted in United States locations do require that you be located within one of the 50 U.S. States.
Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area. Once we reopen our offices you will have the opportunity to remain fully remote, work from one of our office locations (CO only currently) or flex your time.
