Job Duties and Responsibilities

Senior Business Operations Manager sought by DISH Network, LLC in Englewood, CO. Work cross functionally, develop, drive and evolve payment strategy that will include billing, fraud, risk, and bad debt; identify and drive payment optimization initiatives with internal and external partners; identify and develop fraud and risk mitigation factors across all lines of business, sales flows, and distribution platforms; monitor and report on key metrics, manage budget, detection of anomalies, escalation to appropriate stakeholders, collaboratively develop and evolve business rules and drive implementation effectively.

Position requires: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering or closely related plus 2 years of financial systems experience in job offered or as Principal Consultant; OR a combination of BS in same fields plus 5 years’ progressive post-baccalaureate experience; or any suitable combination of education, training, and/or work experience.

Also requires 2 years of experience (which may be obtained concurrently) with: payment system performance, high-speed transaction processing systems, risk mitigation, fraud and scalability; using Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, C, Java and API.
