We're conveniently located in Downtown Denver offering easy access to the Cherry Creek Bike Path, RTD Light Rail, as well as all the great restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops the city has to offer! Oh, and we also like to have a lot of fun.

The Position

Our Customer Experience team is hiring for part-time, seasonal support to assist in answering guest questions, adjusting guest reservations, and resolving general guest concerns by following our standard procedures.

To be successful in this role, you need to be a team-player that isn’t afraid of high-volume days. You’ll have the opportunity to provide guests with world-class support that will literally alter their travel experience in real-time! The role itself is available for a two-month period as outlined below.*

*Please note that this role could develop into a Full-Time role for the right candidate. 

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Availability from June - August 2018
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including nights/weekends 

Responsibilities

  • Respond to general customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Adjust reservations within our reservation management system
  • Assist the team with resolving general customer concerns

Our office is located in Downtown Denver surrounded by the best the city has to offer. With our flexible remote work policy, our teammates are free to work in person in our Colorado space or remotely from home in 48 approved states.
