Scheduling Planner Associate – Material Quality Assurance
The Scheduling Planner position is an integral function to the material flow and inspection processes to the Material Quality Assurance (MQA) organization. It is a key position that ensures transactions are correct, parts are packaged for inventory, and material is tracked throughout the incoming process. You will need to be a self-starter who has a thirst for knowledge, a desire to learn and improve systems and products.
What You’ll Do:
- May assist in reviewing engineering drawings for identification of parts, process specifications, and materials.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling all incoming/outgoing build documents within assigned department.
- Learn how to write and maintain manufacturing routers and material tractability documentation.
- Assist in collecting and verifying production data and calculate statistical data for use in reports.
- Check and post data to production logs, records, or reports.
- Carry/move/expedite hardware and documentation between work centers as required.
- Assist in generation of production status reports through collaborative customer communication.
- Learn how to create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Maintain strict adherence to business process and government compliance.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Support Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
What You’ll Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 years or more related experience.
- Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor’s or Master’s, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.

Compensation & Benefits:
- HIRING SALARY RANGE: $18.99 - $25.00 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
