Job Summary
CRM experienced resource in Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud with deep CRM business acumen. Ability to work with clients to identify needs and gather requirements. Will be expected to provide SFDC solutions to meet client needs including design, configuration, and testing activities. Expected to achieve and retain SFDC certifications.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of SFDC configuration experience
- Basic CRM acumen especially in the areas of Sales and Service
- Written and verbal communications skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting experience
- SFDC Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
- SFDC Advanced certification (Developer, Sales Consultant, Service Consultant, Pardot, etc.)
- Experience creating documentation for requirements, design, test, and training
- Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and/or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) business acumen
- Exposure to SteelBrick and/or Conga
Education/Certifications
- SFDC admin certification
