Salesforce Administrator - International

We have an emphasis on scalability, reliability and accuracy. The Salesforce Development team handles all new functionality in OnDeck’s Salesforce environment. We work closely with the business and our Product Management team to identify new functionality, collect technical requirements and prioritize the work in a sprint.
As a Salesforce Administrator at OnDeck, you will:
- Understand and analyze business objectives and functional requirements into technical Salesforce solutions that account for integrations and other downstream impacts
- Effectively communicate and manage business expectations
- Perform analysis, troubleshooting, data testing and environmental refreshes as needed
- Must have a deep understanding of scalable solutions and Salesforce best practices
- Protect data integrity through effective design, maintenance and security practices
- Perform simple and complex daily administration tasks such as data manipulation, data loading, merging of duplicate records, managing custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, triggers, security configuration, complex workflows, and overall system configuration
- Understand and implement best practices on documentation and maintenance of operational processes
- Understand capabilities of Apex/Visualforce and effectively communicate requirements to developers to design solutions
- Work with SalesOps on developing solutions and supporting 100+ sales team, troubleshoot compensation processes and applications
- Develop solutions and processes which comply with Service Organization Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley act
Qualifications for success:
- Minimum 2-4 years of Salesforce experience, preferably in Administration
- Proficiency in custom objects, validation rules, workflows, reporting, dashboards, assignment rules, email2case, formula fields
- Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proven experience with business process optimization
- Salesforce.com Certified Administrator preferred
- Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator preferred
- Salesforce.com Certified Developer preferred
