Location: Boulder, CO
Your daily workout
You are responsible for maintaining and developing an efficient and effective Salesforce instance in North America
You'll help teams design their processes, implement them in Salesforce, and be responsible for continually optimizing all Salesforce processes in North America to support business requirements
You coordinate the internal Salesforce key users as well as external project partners
You’ll work with the systems team in Munich to ensure that the systems and processes being developed in North America are congruent and aligned with the processes Internationally
You will help identify and fix vulnerabilities, integrate additional tools, and increase functionality
You have extensive knowledge of integrating Salesforce with marketing automation tools (Pardot required) and business intelligence tools (Tableau preferred)
You take on administrative duties and are the contact for all teams using Salesforce
You ensure data quality through ongoing data cleansing, setting up validation rules, building reports, compiling dashboards, establishing workflows and triggers, etc.
You support users by developing documentation and assistance tools, as well as conducting comprehensive training.
You will be responsible for internal communication on the Salesforce system i.e. bug fixes, new features, and project updates to key stakeholders.
Your fitness level
You have extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, 3 years+
You can work independently according to the latest Salesforce standards and enjoy working with numbers and extensive databases
You're a certified Salesforce Administrator (additional certifications ideal)
You have experience and knowledge of Pardot and how it can/should be integrated with Salesforce
You have strong communication skills and show great interest in the process development in an internationally growing company
You have a “problem solving” mindset that aids you in analyzing a problem and recommending a solution, complete with an action plan
You enjoy a demanding, fast-paced environment that puts Salesforce at the center
You have experience with project management, which enables you to effectively manage tasks and requests from various departments
