SuiteHop is a high-growth, profitable startup looking for a hard-working individual who has excellent organization, customer service and hospitality skills to assist in the post-sale organization and delivery of all SuiteHop luxury suite services. SuiteHop connects buyers and sellers of private suites at sporting and entertainment events in North America including NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, concerts, and special events. The Sales and Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting our buyers and sellers with expertise, event logistics, and important day-to-day functions to ensure that each SuiteHop experience is unforgettable for buyers and their guests. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience  
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience 
  • Experience with managing daily work load with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)  
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in an ambiguous environment  
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Duties 

  • Seller Support
    •  Provide sellers, listing inventory on our site, with exceptional customer service to ensure they are comfortable with the SuiteHop platform.  
    •  Seller on-boarding 
    • SuiteHop platform tutorials  
    • General pricing and event guidance  
    • Pre-event logistics  
      • Assist with event and inventory research 
      • Verify listed suite inventory with sellers 
      • Confirm the sale and verify seller’s payment information  
  • Service Support
    • Provide buyers with exceptional customer service to ensure they have an unforgettable experience
    • Manage all event logistics in internal CRM  
    • Assist with all pre-event logistics to include: 
      • Catering 
      • Ticket Delivery  
      • Pertinent event day information 
    • Oversee event day experience 
    • Answer the service phone and email line to help answer any buyer questions 
    • Handle any pre or post event issues in a swift, professional and calm manner

Relevant Experience & Skills:  

  • Hospitality/Customer Service Experience: Familiar with proper ways to provide a high level customer service exceeding expectations. 
  • Professionalism: The ability to appropriately interact and communicate with high level executives across diverse fields of work. 
  • Attention to Detail: Highly focused on the details required to provide all pre-event planning needs.
  • Communication: Comfortable conversing and fielding all forms of communication from clients, guests and concierges before, during and after events. 
  • Multi-Tasking: Capable of staying focused on many different responsibilities so that the guest experience is a smooth one from start to finish. 
  • Software Skills: Salesforce, Excel, Pardot, Google Applications
