You must be available to work Thursday through Monday; Thursday, Friday, and Monday will be in our office which is located in Downtown Denver, CO. Saturday and Sunday hours will be working remotely. The hours of the role are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm MST daily, resulting in 40 hours per week. This role will report daily to our office in Downtown Denver, CO and will report to the National Sales Manager.Role
As a Customer Relations Representative with GigSmart you will be responsible for driving engagement with workers and companies (Requesters) on the GigSmart Get Gigs and Get Workers platforms by sourcing, screening, scheduling, and confirming workers for gigs offered through our unique staffing solution, along with helping businesses meet their staffing needs. You will do this by handling both inbound and outbound calls with users on our platform. Our Customer Relations Representative will be enthusiastic, motivated and willing to think outside of the box to solve challenges. The Customer Relations Representative plays a key role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives and must be goal and team oriented. This role will also speak with businesses using our platform as Requesters looking for staffing assistance. You will be responsible for speaking with these businesses, determining their staffing needs, and helping to fulfill their staffing expectations.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain worker and requester information within our CRM system
- Produce high activity daily via phone, email, and text messaging to drive worker engagement; this role typically makes 100+ dials daily
- Collaborate with the sales team daily to drive gig completion stats
- Build a relationship with workers and requester
- Drive increased user engagement through effective questions, conversations, and ongoing relationship management
- Daily duties include, but are not limited to:
- Source applicants to back-fill gigs as a result of worker no shows or cancellations
- Drive gig fill rate by sourcing workers for open gigs to exceed client requirements
- Complete confirmation calls for workers currently scheduled for upcoming gigs
- Identify top preferred workers in each geographic market
- Conduct new requester approval calls
- Communicate with businesses regarding their current and future staffing needs
Skills and Competencies
- 1+ year of relevant experience in a high volume customer service or account management role
- Proficient with Hubspot or a similar CRM
- Resiliency and the ability to handle multiple tasks, work well under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You have an unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and can easily handle ambiguity
Education Requirements
