Our mission’s work starts with happy Owners, and accurate and as-advertised listings. There is a ton of information needed to properly onboard a new customer and their rental property. The Sales Compliance team will be paramount in confirming we have what our teams need to be successful, to delivering a great Owner experience joining Evolve, and to achieving our company mission! This is an exciting and new opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, highly impactful Sales Operations team.  


The Sales Compliance Advisor is responsible for supporting the Sales organization in generating profitable, quality orders.  The Sales Compliance Advisor owns the key sales order process steps between Sales teammates, who generate the sales opportunity, and Onboarding teammates who see the deal through to activation. This role is also responsible for running our background check on owners, as well as partners for other supporting organizations.  The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service attitude, attention to detail, a strong understanding of technology, amazing organizational skills, and a willingness to be part of a team. In addition to the standard responsibilities, the Sales Compliance Advisor will also be responsible for assisting with internal user issue resolution.


What you’ll do 

  • Ensure information compliance & consistency by our sales team.
  • Ensure proper property ownership documents have been received and verify ownership.
  • Confirm property eligibility & availability meets company guidelines based on location & permitting regulations
  • Evaluate customer background information for risk factors, including financial and criminal risks.  Research and evaluate complex background information and consult with management to determine eligibility.
  • Document processes and communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Make recommendations on guidelines used to determine overall risk & eligibility criteria.
  • Propose system and process improvement for the SCA organization that will increase information dissemination and insights.
  • Create and continuously refine metrics & reporting on the Sales Compliance Advisor pipeline.
  • Review performance, property reviews, and resolution cases to assess risk factors with onboarding new properties with current owners, and evaluate whether or not the owner will continue to be a good fit for Evolve.
  • Communicate quickly and clearly with the sales team regarding additional information needed in order to expedite the listing activation
  • Provide training to new Evolvers on the SCA process and requirements
  • Accountable for ensuring SLAs are met
  • Collaborate with other departments and team members to continually improve and optimize the order management process in order to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and time to activation
  • Ensure excellent customer service through accurate, timely and clear communication to internal customers
  • Assist and backup Operations team members as needed


What makes you a great fit 

  • 2+ years experience in a related field (sales, customer service, operations, finance)
  • Detail oriented with a keen ability to document complex situations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to assess current processes and recommend improvements.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities providing support to a sales and service organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft/Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, follow-up, and meet deadlines
  • Meticulous, flexible and adaptive
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and team player with a high level of dedication

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both!

Compensation

For this role compensation is based on an hourly pay rate. Our base pay range is $56,000 - $64,000 annually, based on a 40 hour work week ($26.92 -$30.77/hour)

Our office is located in Downtown Denver surrounded by the best the city has to offer. With our flexible remote work policy, our teammates are free to work in person in our Colorado space or remotely from home in 48 approved states.
