About You

Are you passionate about data, processes, and team collaboration? Do you have experience working with HubSpot and other similar marketing automation and sales CRM tools? 

 

To accelerate growth, Arryved is seeking to recruit a full-time Sales & Marketing Operations Manager for our US Commercial Team. This role will help unlock the full potential of the commercial organization and as a result, drive and accelerate growth. This is an individual contributor role that will engage with multiple stakeholders, including Sales & Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Product, and Legal.

 

The ideal candidate will be a valued and trusted contributor as we grow our SaaS business through elevating our Sales & Marketing operations and implementing best practices to a best-in-class level.

 

We also want someone as passionate about service as we are, and equally as passionate about connecting with customers who need and benefit from our products.

 

Must Haves

  • 5-9 years of experience in SaaS sales operations, finance operations, or related fields

  • Expert and admin level knowledge of HubSpot for Sales (or other CRM tools, like Salesforce) and comfort navigating standard and custom objects as well as acumen with sequences, workflows, reports, dashboards, and analytics 

  • Analytic skills with demonstrated ability to build models in Google docs and Excel as well as the ability to consolidate and leverage data gathered from a variety of systems and teams. 

  • Strong understanding of and ability to support standard sales and marketing operations processes (sales forecasting, sales compensation, territory management, and sales quota tracking)

  • Experience with vendor management and full-cycle ownership (evaluation, implementation, ongoing administration) of tech stacks

  • Strong business acumen, communication, critical thinking skills, and analysis capabilities

  • Demonstrated ability to draw conclusions and make educated recommendations based on analytical work and data.

  • Experience planning at both the strategic and operational levels.

  • Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks, and taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results.

  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-changing environment and with multiple teams relying on you.

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with multiple functions, to inspire, motivate and influence behaviors to help drive change.

 

Expectations

  • Champion our Sales and Marketing Teams and work closely with cross-functional teams in driving scalability and efficiency

  • Support the annual and quarterly planning and review processes (e.g., development of business plans, operating models, resource allocation, market segmentation, territory design, etc.)

  • Maintain all sales and marketing policy and tool documents – ensuring that the team is trained on and is leveraging available tools, working within stated policies and workflows.

  • Work with sales leaders and finance to support commission plan tracking and payouts, providing sales reps with accurate commission statements each month

  • Support Partner and referral program needs, including partnering with finance to ensure proper payout of referral fees and reporting 

  • Support marketing as the owner of HubSpot actions, working through logic on lead routing, building workflows, and managing data 

  • Execute strategy for lists, tools, and data imports used for prospecting and building pipeline 

  • Actively participate in evaluations, testing, and training of all technologies serving our Sales and Marketing teams 

  • Improve operational efficiencies through a combination of process documentation, technology adoption, and workflow automation to improve sales productivity and insights

  • Maintain data integrity to ensure accurate insights, positively affecting sales and marketing leadership's strategy and tactics

  • Drive weekly lead scoring and routing reviews with marketing and sales leadership and monthly P&L reviews with Leaders of these teams

  • Prepare relevant analysis and presentations for the leadership team and communicate progress updates on related initiatives

Nice to Have

  • Experience with WordPress, HelloSign, Google Suite and Zoho CRM

  • Basic knowledge of credit card processing

 

Details

  • Headquarters in Boulder CO.  We are open to applicants anywhere in the US.

  • You will be expected to participate in virtual team meetings daily and occasionally in person.

  • This position requires occasional travel

  • Salary is FTE $85,000 - $125,000 DOE
