Sales & Marketing, Manager
Downtown Denver-based luxury vacation company seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager to support a new product Inspirato is launching. Our ideal candidate understands the consumer journey, leverages data to make decisions and is able to support a variety of teams, in various functions. The position will work closely with the sales, care, and marketing team and is responsible for ensuring all sales and marketing initiatives are supported and optimized (throughout the entire consumer journey).
Responsibilities
- Project Management – Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all components of each task are properly presented, managed and reported.
- Marketing Optimization – Work with the marketing technology team to understand marketing performance and build plans to increase conversion
- Marketing Strategy – Work with brand team to develop marketing materials throughout the consumer journey that deliver on the value proposition while understanding the marketing plans of the core business.
- Care and Sales Support – Work with the sales and care teams to identify opportunities, build targeted campaigns and report on performance of both.
- Technology/Platform Expertise – Ability to create content in Salesforce, Unbounce, DryFly, Umbraco, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Qualifications – Candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required in business or hospitality field, e.g., journalism, communications or entrepreneurship.
- 5+ years of experience in related roles. Luxury travel experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Inspirato’s business systems and processes is a plus
- Travel industry experience a plus
- Agency/consultant experience a plus
