Opportunity
LogRhythm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team at our corporate office in Boulder, CO. The Administrative Assistant will support several of LogRhythm’s Sales Leadership Team and play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Successful candidates will be able to work independently with little supervision and should be experienced in handling a wide range of tasks. He or she is exceedingly organized, resourceful and personable. This position will report to the Vice President, Sales Enablement.
Responsibilities
- Provide high level administrative support for several Leaders in the Sales Organization
- Calendar management and meeting planning /coordination
- Creation of reports & presentations
- Travel arrangements
- Preparation of expense reports
- Independent screening of telephone calls and appointments
- Coordination of time sensitive contracts/Purchase Orders as needed
- Special projects and support for sales events
- Place orders/catering
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years supporting multiple VP level leaders within a fast-paced business environment at medium to large sized organizations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with very strong emphasis on PowerPoint skills
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and people
- Proficient at creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Must possess a strong sense of ethics and integrity
- Sound judgment and poise under pressure
- Bachelor’s Degree highly regarded
