As the Revenue Retention Program Manager, you will be a tactically minded individual who will strive for the maximization of the services our customers enjoy. You’ll love the challenge of finding strategic opportunities to drive for successful business objectives. You’ll surround yourself with cross functional partners and be eager to jump in to help.
Work cross functionally to minimize customer downgrades by maximizing the value of RingCentral.
Help communicate vision of customer adoption, growth and the value of RingCentral.
Manage quarterly projects and ensure on time completion.
Coordinate with internal partners as needed.
3-5 years of experience with sales and retention background.
Proficiency with building and understanding Salesforce and Excel.
Excellent organizational, project planning and time management skills.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $88,000 and $132,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
