The Revenue Ops Tool Specialist maintains, develops, and documents current and future features within Revenue Operations Tools & Technology Platforms. 

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

  • Maintaining, developing, executing, and debugging new and updated features and functions within Revenue Ops Tools & Technology (e.g., automation programs, processes, workflow, triggers, integrations, etc.)
  • Building and maintaining features and functions, based on understanding of business and technical requirements which includes development within Revenue Operations tools
  • Serving as a thought partner on projects that require updates to our existing Tools and Technology architecture; providing support by writing back-end requirements
  • Maintaining our tools and technology in compliance with opt-in laws and regulations (CASL/CAN-SPAM/GDPR/CCPA/CPRA)
  • Importing/exporting/updating/monitoring quality and integrity of data in Tools and Technology architecture
  • Creating, managing, and maintaining user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc.; includes documenting procedures
  • Owning the proactive maintenance of our Tools and Technology instances and their integrations (e.g., critical updates)
  • Executing, managing, and maintaining campaigns, reports, dashboards, processes, etc.
  • Drafting documentation and updating ongoing documentation around new and existing system architecture (i.e., process, feature, function, and workflows)
  • Responding promptly to cases raised by users and providing them with excellent customer service
  • Collaborating with team members when responding to new use cases and developing and implementing new systems procedures

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • Five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience working with Revenue Operations Tools and Technology
  • Fundamental working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo and their ecosystem is required
  • Awareness and understanding of, and experience using tools included in a Revenue Operations tech stack (e.g., Marketing Automation Platform, CRM, Revenue Operations Platform, Sales Enablement Platform, etc.)
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn and become proficient in new technologies and integrations
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Ability to create new and better ways for the organization to be successful
  • Ability to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances
  • Ability to actively learn through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learnings
  • Ability to recognize the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database management
  • Willingness to expand knowledge of Revenue Operations Technology and related system integrations

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.S./B.A. degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Certification in Revenue Operations tools required (Preferably Salesforce Admin 201 and/or Adobe Certified Expert - Marketo) 

Compensation

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $66,000 or more depending on experience



*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
