SendGrid is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to facilitate orders from submission through fulfillment, ensuring documentation is valid, complete and compliant with company policy.  This position will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed timely, accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be an individual who is an energetic self-starter that can successfully multitask and collaborate in a fast-paced work setting. 

The Revenue Operation Team’s success is measured by our ability to ensure the organization operates effectively and is responsible for coordinating across functions to enable SendGrid to scale to meet long-range growth plans.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure order confirmations meet all submission criteria and compliance requirements
  • Able to process orders of increasing complexity and perform post opportunity closure work
  • Assist with validating opportunities, quoting, and order processing
  • Perform account updates and contract maintenance in Salesforce.com
  • Collaborate with members of the Revenue Operations team and cross-functionally with Legal, Accounting, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services to ensure orders flow appropriately in the Quote to Cash process
  • Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures
  • Navigates through multiple systems to build, track, and monitor orders
  • Administer the DocuSign process and approval routing
  • Work on special projects related to the Revenue Operations team

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years in operations or order management, SaaS industry experience a plus
  • Able to work a variable schedule to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and meet deadlines (weekends and evenings)
  • Strong communication skills and problem solving
  • Self-directed, motivated, and able to deal with shifting priorities
  • Open to new ways of doing things and adapting within a fast paced, changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving and decision-making
  • Proficient in DocuSign, Excel and Salesforce.com, Zuora experience a plus
