The Role:

As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager at Fivetran, you will serve as a collaborative, cross functional partner in helping Fivetran exceed our revenue growth targets by increasing sales productivity. You’ll accomplish this by identifying efficiency/performance gaps, prioritizing the gaps to close first, creating and managing project plans to close those gaps, and owning portions of our tech stack.  By working closely with the sales, CS, marketing, and alliances teams and with the other members of the Revenue Operations team, you will effectively simplify processes and remove roadblocks and friction within the sales, marketing, and expansion process. This is a high visibility role within the organization with an incredible opportunity to drive impact and value quickly.


What you'll do:

  • Learn the Fivetran sales, renewals, and expansion processes and how they are implemented/supported within our SFDC instance, with minimal supervision.
  • Work with sales/CS/marketing/alliances stakeholders to understand the business and current pain points.
  • Deliver initial findings of quick wins and longer plays for improving productivity across the org.
  • Communicate and partner collaboratively with all levels within the organization to help drive revenue operations initiatives. 
  • Prioritize multiple high visibility/impact initiatives across multiple stakeholders to ensure we are meeting/exceeding our objectives. 
  • Partner with internal Revenue Operations stakeholders to align on timelines, priorities and deliverables to the organization.


Required  Qualifications:

  • Productivity - Able to work independently, consistently meets deadlines & exceeds expectations
  • Leadership & Communication - Ability to attain results through within a matrix organization with indirect influence. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Influence & Collaboration - Thoughtful, trusted business partner to the important stakeholders of the organization. Finding solutions when there doesn’t seem like there are any. 
  • Results against objectives - Proven ability to drive significant results / efficiencies and find creative solutions to complex business problems. 
  • Business Acumen - Understanding the product, the process, the levers and the impact are all incredibly important for this role. Seeing the bigger picture. 
  • Planning & Process - Strategic mindset along with very strong project management & prioritization skills are critical for this role. 
  • Experience: 3 + Years of experience working as a Sales/Revenue Operations Manager , 5+ year with Salesforce CRM
  • Team - Builds deep relationships with the team and leaders of the organization. Amplifying the outcome of the team’s results and celebrating successes.
