What you will be doing:
In this role, you will be assisting the T. Rowe Price US Retirement Plan participants and plan administrator with daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual activities associated with retirement plan operations. This includes processing transactions, responding to inquiries both verbally and written, running retirement plan reporting, and reconciling financial activity. You will also be assisting with plan audits and implementing plan changes. Top notch client service is expected while performing all job responsibilities.

  • Respond to plan participant inquires through email and phone calls.
  • Process plan and participant transactions such as contribution files, loans, withdrawals, exchanges, beneficiary changes, hardships, and QDROs.
  • Assist with plan audit support and plan reporting, along with other daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual activities associated with retirement plan operations.
  • Resolve moderately complex specialized client issues including conducting research and reporting to resolve these issues.
  • Escalate highly complex issues to management.
  • Work with internal business partners and the client on the adoption of new products, platforms and services.


What you bring:

  • Experience working in the Finance industry
  • Knowledge of Retirement Plans
  • OMNI recordkeeping experience
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision or guidance
  • Proficiency in standard office software, such as MS Office, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills


Added bonus if you have:

  • ASSPA designations
  • Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies, e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN
  • Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
