The Leader -- Existing Inside Sales is a dedicated individual who manages a team of sales representatives responsible for closing service sales transactions over the phone. As a leader, he/she will train and mentor the team by calling upon a rich experience in sales. The Day-to-Day

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inside/contract renewal sales representatives who are responsible for closing service sales transactions over the phone.
  • Administers/designs the inside/contract renewal representatives' sales incentive plan.
  • Trains, mentors, coaches and supervises inside/contract renewal staff.
  • Has thorough knowledge of the organization's products/services.
  • Typically works with the field sales organization to ensure that representatives are provided adequate support in the field.
  • May work with inside/contract renewal sales representatives to develop channel partnerships.
  • Responsible for market development, setting targets and ensuring that revenue is generated.
  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
  • Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.
