What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional service regarding account-related inquiries and requests 
  • Maintain accurate contract and billing contact information 
  • Document Church Partner ministry objectives, project plans, and non-renewal data
  • Ensure continual improvement to the customer renewal processes
  • Address Church partner renewal risk issues within one business day
  • Ensure continual improvement of customer renewal risk identification
  • Develop and implement improved retention strategies
  • Identify opportunities to meet Church Partner needs and initiate sales and renewals

What you will bring:

  • 2-3 years Customer Service or Customer Retention experience required 
  • Sales experience a plus 
  • Familiarity with Christian church required
  • Church management software experience preferred
  • Well-defined skills and expertise in discovering client needs and objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and implement service strategies
  • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
