What you will do:
- Provide exceptional service regarding account-related inquiries and requests
- Maintain accurate contract and billing contact information
- Document Church Partner ministry objectives, project plans, and non-renewal data
- Ensure continual improvement to the customer renewal processes
- Address Church partner renewal risk issues within one business day
- Ensure continual improvement of customer renewal risk identification
- Develop and implement improved retention strategies
- Identify opportunities to meet Church Partner needs and initiate sales and renewals
What you will bring:
- 2-3 years Customer Service or Customer Retention experience required
- Sales experience a plus
- Familiarity with Christian church required
- Church management software experience preferred
- Well-defined skills and expertise in discovering client needs and objectives
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and implement service strategies
- Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
