Greenhouse is looking for a Resource Manager to join our Professional Services team!

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll be a strategic partner for resource management and operations for our growing organization. You’ll enable the team to leverage resources most effectively, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and gather metrics to inform business decisions. We are seeking a strong analytical results-driven operations manager to manage Professional Services resources. You will be responsible for aligning delivery team resources to forecasted needs while also measuring project , and individual performance  to identify opportunities for process and services innovation. You’ll manage the day-to-day of our Professional Services team, helping to enable the team with the right tools, systems, and processes.

What you’ll do

  • Own Professional Services day-to-day operations and find ways to improve upon them in collaboration with other Revenue Operation team members.  
  • Assist with the design and implementation of a Professional Services Automation (PSA) system. 
  • Manage the assignment of resources to incoming projects across project lines and to third-party partners. 
  • Leverage PSA to report on the utilization and availability of service teams to key stakeholders and determine how we can most effectively leverage resources to meet demand. 
  • Work with cross-functional partners to optimize the customer journey, with particular focus on strengthening pre-sales Sales and Professional Services collaboration.
  • Manage Professional Services contract repository and operations in collaboration with Legal system administrators.
  • Set up consistent documentation and enablement processes for Professional Services operations.

You should have

  • Experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, and/or Sales Operations.
  • Experience with Resource Management and understanding services requirements.
  • Experience implementing and/or being the primary user of a Professional Services Automation tool (ie. Mavenlink, FinancialForce, etc). 
  • Strong analytical ability. Able to build reports and derive business insights using systems.

The ranges added below are for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $72,000 - $98,000.
