The Opportunity:

As a Renewal Coordinator, you will report to the Renewal Manager and be responsible to execute all renewal administrative tasks such as review past agreements, build new quotes accurately, communicate and work with customers to renew their Marketo subscriptions. This role requires a highly organized and focused individual who will sometimes partner with account managers to close renewal opportunities. The candidate must possess phenomenal interpersonal skills and be willing to negotiate with clients under management mentorship.

What will you do?

• Actively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned Marketo customers.
• Be responsible for retention, development, and up-selling of focused accounts.
• Engage customers in regular business reviews to ensure adoption, marketing maturity advancement, and during critical issues to drive rapid resolution
• Close renewal business on a monthly basis, meeting or exceeding your quarterly quota.
• Assist with streamlining of systems and processes to further improve automation and efficiency
• Become familiar with the Marketo platform.

Is this you?

• You have 0-1 years of customer success or sales experience from a high-tech company-ideally with Marketing Automation, CRM or related applications (i.e. ERP systems) in a SaaS environment
• Experienced with MS Word and Excel
• You can excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines
• You have led projects from conception to closure, and have experience coordinating internal resources to get things done.
• You know how to build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
• You can prioritize multiple projects and tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written communication with customers
