The Receptionist is the face of Tek Experts USA. As our Receptionist, you will provide administrative support to staff and leadership team. You will also assist with payroll, recruiting, scheduling and managing workflow. You will provide a positive customer service attitude as well as present a professional appearance.

Duties and responsibilities

 

  • Greet and welcome all incoming guests and manage visitor log and all visitor’s badges
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings as well as meeting and event set-up and coordination
  • Assist both the HR department and account team with various duties
  • Support recruiting efforts as required
  • Screens incoming calls and correspondence
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Copies and scans correspondence or other printed materials; files accordingly
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned

  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
  • High School Diploma / GED required (Associates degree preferred)
  • Previous office support experience with strong customer service experience
  • Flexibility for change is critical as is the ability to work with minimal supervision and to work in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with solid critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to use technology to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
