Job Description

The Opportunity
 

You will be the first point of contact for the company, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests, with the key aim of attracting and retaining new customers and employees. In addition, you will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and company to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet, badge (Envoy System), and direct customers, guests, and contractors
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Co-manage office supply program and place special orders
  • Co-manage business card ordering program
  • Maintain main reception area (seasonal decor, water plants, keep tidy, etc.)
  • Maintain board room (main customer conference room; keep tidy, etc.)
  • Co-manage conference room scheduling and meeting coordination for assigned rooms
  • Respond to Facilities Requests; resolve facilities related problems and inquiries; submit work order tickets to property management
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports and emails
  • Assist with various other Facility Dept functions: Catering, Floor Warden, New Hire Nameplates, Shipping/Receiving, administrative duties including photocopying, fax and mailing, etc
  • Assist with various company functions as needed: Company Picnic, Company Events, Holiday Party, Executive Meetings, etc

 

Requirements:

  • Superior customer service skills and orientation
  • Communicate professionally in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy; highly visible role
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities and projects
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
  • Proactive; able to spot improvement opportunities and take action
  • Teamwork; collaborative style
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management

Location

Our new office is in the Denver City Center near plenty of shops and restaurants. We also have amazing views of the Rocky Mountains from our windows.
