Who are we looking for
LogRhythm is looking for an expert multi-tasker who is committed, driven, and not afraid to roll their sleeves. We are looking for someone who isn’t limited to just answering phone calls but can do so while juggling employee questions and taking on whatever other tasks may come their way. The position requires participation in a wide range of tasks which primarily include front of office reception and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have an eye for organization, a knack for working with people, and is eager to be the face of our company.
The opportunity
The Receptionist will manage front office/ reception responsibilities which include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and forwarding calls in an amiable and professional manner.
- Serve as first point of contact with visitors, customers, and employees: answer questions and direct parties to appropriate persons/areas. This position will be screening visitors to make sure each staff and/or visitor has proof of the COVID-19 vaccine.
- Responsible for overall presentation of the building, ensuring cleanliness and organization of shared office areas, including the reception, kitchen, lounge, and postal areas.
- Handle catering for lunch meetings, interviews, trainings, board meetings, etc.
- Ordering of office supplies.
- Examples of daily activities could be answering telephones, booking taxis, monitoring entry into our office, point of contact for deliveries, ad hoc absence cover for office manager/EA, the list goes on!
- Assist with other projects on an as needed basis.
About you
First and foremost, we require someone who is comfortable in working in a fast paced, evolving, upbeat, high energy culture.
- This is an in-person role and the chosen candidate must be COVID Vaccinated.
- Minimum of one-year related experience within an office setting is essential. Previous receptionist, administrative, hospitality, operations, customer service orientated roles preferred.
- Ability to work 7:00am to 4:00pm with occasional overtime as needed.
- Very flexible in terms of ability to remain organized, yet able to easily shift priorities when required.
- Experience of front of office/reception “you may be the first person someone meets from the business”.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual starting salary for this position is between $45-55k Annually depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
