Provider Education Coordinator

How you’ll make an impact
The mission of the Provider Education coordinator is to create a first-class experience for providers in obtaining the training and education necessary to be a successful provider in the SonderMind Network. This is accomplished through tooling and educational content delivered to our providers at the right time in their journey. Provider Education coordinators will manage enablement of various operational and educational processes to continuously ensure a wide ranging access to the SonderMind Network.
What you’ll do
- Account creation and training verification management
- Create Pendo guides and iterate on them as product/design evolve
- Track effectiveness of Pendo guides and user behavior to inform iterations
- Maintain up to date training materials as product evolves
- Content creation (videos, support articles, PDF, knowledge assessments)
- Stay up to date with new/evolving product features that affect the provider experience
- Support cross-functional teams in pushing providers through training part of onboarding funnel and in implementation of other educational initiatives
- Use data across multiple platforms to inform new projects/content creation
Gotta Have
- 1+ years of related work in training, customer service, or content creation
- 1+ years experience working with and utilizing data to make decisions or report on outcomes
- Ability to notice trends, and validate those trends with data
- Ability to remain organized and detailed while working across multiple platforms
- A sense of urgency and passion for delivering excellent experiences to customers
- Ability to identify gaps in provider understanding
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adult Learners
- Experience with instructional design
- Aptitude with Learning Management and Digital Adoption platforms
- Experience in the Healthcare industry

- This role can sit in the following cities: Denver, Colorado (individual must reside in Colorado, but not within Denver)
- Pay Transparency: Starting salary range is $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Travel Requirements: None
