What You’ll Do
The small, but mighty, provider care team is key in establishing relationships with providers and giving members the best option for quality and cost-effective care. You will be working with members, providers, claims and the member care team by coordinating communication, reports and keeping things organized for all.
- Bill Disputes and Claims Administration.
- Coordinating bill payment with medical providers.
- Communication with Member Care Team, members and providers.
- Generating weekly and monthly reports.
- Administration Support for Provider Care Team.
- Creating and maintaining reports for the Claims and Clinical Concierge Team.
- Tracking and paying vouchers and invoices for medical services.
Preferrred Experience
- Experience with medical billing, clinical care and/or insurance preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- 2 to 4 years of administrative experience
- Great attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel
- Mentally flexible and comfortable with sharing new ideas about process improvement
- Proactive and positive attitude
