DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER
Position Summary
The Digital Project Manager plays a vital role in the onboarding, delivery and growth of clients for the organization. You will manage a portfolio of innovative, quality digital campaign projects for high-end brands and entities. You will efficiently manage resources to maximize project completions and expedite project schedules to meet or beat client deadlines.
You should be able to multi-task, managing several projects concurrently. You must be a services-oriented individual able to communicate and relate to clients at all levels. You must enjoy managing projects, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. You must be detail-oriented, organized and a problem solver. You must be enthusiastic and passionate about representing the client and their needs to internal stakeholders with the company’s goals in mind.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing clients
- Plan, develop and manage client projects including scope and budget from beginning to end
- Set and manage client expectations to maintain health of the account throughout the project as well as post delivery
- Draft SOW for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that all requirements have been captured and understood appropriately by all
- Work with all departments to ensure correct execution of the client’s needs and requirements based on discussions and SOW
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on schedule and setting expectations with stakeholders if milestones are at risk
- Engage and monitor the efforts of internal resources to address client needs, concerns or problems
- Ensure profitability of each project by tracking billable hours utilized
- Frontline to clients for any troubleshooting situation, acting as a liaison between the client and various internal departments in order to ensure a smooth client implementation experience; know when to escalate to management as necessary
- Prepare, maintain and submit clear and concise activity/progress reports and time
- Be an accountable, experienced, and personable resource for each client
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in client services or account management
- Project management experience with client implementation; implementation of SaaS offerings
- Client requirements documentation skills
- Experience with analytics programs and data integrations a plus
- Must be passionate and have pride in providing high quality products and services
- Must be highly organized and be able to multi-task on a regular basis
- Travel as needed
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible work schedule
- Track-record of forging strong relationships with Fortune 1000 brands and digital agencies a plus
- HTML and CSS skills ideal
- Right attitude to appreciate and participate in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Pivotal Tracker, Trello and SmartSheet is preferred
