RingCentral is looking for a Professional Services Senior Manager who will lead a team of Project Managers responsible for a world class delivery of our product to our customers. This is an opportunity to help lead and evolve a critical function within the Professional Services organization for a recognized leader in global cloud communications.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of project/program managers delivering across a diverse set of technology projects.
- Developing a standardized documentation methodology and ensuring consistency of reporting for a roll-up of PMO wide updates for executive consumption.
- Work cross-functionally to communicate technology vision, evolution, project scope, timeline, and dependencies for technology-based developments.
- Ensure key initiatives aligned with the business strategy are meeting required timelines and executive commitments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years leading customer-facing organizations such as, professional services or support.
- 5+ years in profession minimum 7+ years leading customer-facing organizations such as, professional services or support.
5+ years in professional services technical consulting in the data networking space.
3-5 years minimum experience within the data networking industry.
2+ years of professional services consulting/pre-sales.
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, additionally industry-related certifications including; Current Cisco CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, and PNP Certification are a definite plus.
Proven track record of implementation of scalable, enterprise programs and processes.
A self-motivated individual capable of working in a face-paced, dynamic environment
Detail and results-oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
Must have direct experience leading the development of new professional service offerings and associated artifacts such as standard SOWs, delivery methodologies, delivery best practices, etc.
Must be customer and relationship-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.al services technical consulting in the data networking space. - 3-5 years minimum experience within the data networking industry.
