Professional Services Administrator
Job Description |
The Professional Services Administrator at Vertafore is responsible for process administration for the department. This role requires an understanding of our customers' requirements, an expert level comprehension of the mechanisms that run the professional services practice, collaboration across teams within the department and throughout the company, and ensuring the PS organization is running as effectively as possible. The ideal candidate would have a refined attention to detail and excel in an ever changing and fast paced environment. ·Act as primary NetSuite administrator for professional services; creating all new project records, coordinating project assignment with resource management, managing enhancement and bug requests with enterprise applications, supervising processes to relegate any temporary data inconsistencies, and acting as the go to resource for all questions related to PS processes and systems ·Coordinate timesheet submission and approval process including team communication, process updates, generation of training materials to support process changes, and individual mentoring should challenges arise ·Manage the Customer Satisfaction Survey processing including generation of reports, coordination of contact lists, updating metrics, and supporting leadership initiatives to increase volume of responses ·Address all correspondence sent to the PS Ops distribution inbox, routing communication appropriately or directly contributing to a resolution ·Primary liaison between enterprise applications and professional services regarding system administration including communication of bugs, QA and UAT of enhancements, etc. |
Requirements |
·4+ years of experience supporting a PS organization or 2+ years with an advanced degree. ·Must be highly detail oriented and accurate, extremely organized and able to multi-task effectively. ·Experience administering or working in the NetSuite Platform preferred. ·Functional capability with intermediate MS Excel functions (pivot tables, reporting, Vlookup, formula development, etc.). ·An understanding of PS best practices and methodologies. ·An innate drive to solve complex problems, collaborate with others and mentor team members. ·Demonstrated ability to produce well-written and succinct documentation to stakeholders in various departments. ·Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. ·Strong interpersonal skills, able to tactfully respond to scheduling requests and provide alternative suggestions to satisfy all parties. ·Ability to build and maintain professional partnerships with all teams including a level of comfort with approaching management and higher level leadership. |
