Responsibilities


  • Consult with clients on process and best practices when using traditional broadcast AV with Zoom meetings and webinars including cameras, switching systems, & audio flows

  • Create and customize documentation on a per project basis including signal flow, settings guides and email templates for messaging

  • Utilize 3rd party applications and systems such as ZoomOSC, Qlab, Isadora & Companion to create automation and production tools for better event management and production.

  • Create scheduled Zoom meetings and/or webinars while managing pre-determined settings to match the customer’s use-case

  • Manage Zoom meetings and webinars directly including waiting rooms, un-muting participants, monitoring chat or Q/A, and utilizing Zoom dashboard to monitor meeting health.

  • Promote secure uses of the Zoom platform while allowing new and creative uses to create engaging audience experiences.

  • Maintain constant communication and documentation to ensure a smooth, safe and successful event for customers and Zoom.

  • Potential for on-site event support when schedule and travel restrictions allow

  • Consistently engage in self-learning and growth surrounding virtual events and Zoom

  • Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines

  • Intermediate computer knowledge

  • Knowledge of advanced signal flow for audio, video and control

  • Working knowledge of DSP audio flow and tools.

  • Experience with cloud based audiovisual applications.

  • Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 5 years of audiovisual experience required

  • Experience with OSC or related protocols

  • Experience with show/media control systems and custom automation tools

  • Formal education in Media or related field preferred

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and writing skills

  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize work, and strong time management skills are required

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present to customers and key decision makers
