ABOUT THE TEAM:
FIS is looking for a Product Support Representative II to join our team. As a Product Support Representative II, you will work with an exciting and collaborative team. We are passionate about our work and take a client-first approach to everything we do. There are great opportunities for learning within this group.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
Provide business/system analysis and issue management services for FIS InTrader’s bank Capital Market Operations customers and serve as a liaison between FIS InTrader and our clients.
Develop an expertise in FIS’s InTrader application.
Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.
Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by recording, evaluating, recreating issues in test environment and prioritizing client business/software issues.
Prepare detailed problem analysis for internal departments to further research application issues.
Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning software applications and recommends corrective action.
Deliver corrective workflow measures to clients for reported problems.
Manage customer expectations regarding the response and resolutions to issues reported.
Working in a ticketing system, documents customer information and recurring business/application issues to support product quality programs and product development.
Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities.
Support Hours:
Monday – Friday 7:30a/8:00 a.m. CT to 5:00 p.m. CT
WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of prior banking or finance related experience, knowledge of FIS products/services, and strong customer service/technical skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills for documenting & communicating client reported issues
Detailed orientated, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to successfully manage multiple issues
Organizational and time management skills
Self-starter, ability to work independently
Comfortable working with computers & variety of applications. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Prior banking related fixed income securities processing or finance related experience helpful
