How You Fit In:

As part of the Payment Operations Team of Reserve Trust you’ll play a critical role in assessing and overseeing our processes, procedures, and workflows to improve our efficiency across the board. To be successful in this role, you will bring a background in banking and payments, be knowledgeable in Lean Six Sigma and data analytics, and be a great collaborator and problem solver!

 

This role reports to the Senior Director of Payment Operations and will partner and collaborate with Operations and other departments as relevant, ensuring that we are able to get to a place of continuous process improvement across our operations.

 

What You’ll Do:

· Oversee the Process and Control Mapping of Payment Operations workflows

· Run implementation, monitoring and reporting of process/procedure measurements for efficiencies (lean six-sigma)

· Contribute to the development of current state and future state objectives, gaps and planning

· Develop and implement new and enhanced processes and procedures

· Contribute to remediation efforts as issues arise

· Contribute to business, resource, and technical analysis

· Contribute to vendor management

 

Qualifications:

· 5 years’ experience in a process improvement role within the banking or payments space preferred

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or other relevant field, or equivalent years of experience preferred

· Six Sigma certification, ideally Black Belt, preferred

· Understanding of Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma methodologies required

· Experience in data analytics and business intelligence, using Excel or SQL

· Ability to work cross-functionally and with matrixed work groups

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $100,000 – 125,000. Reserve Trust intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience and location.
