The People Org Coordinator provides support to the Knowledge Management and People Ops (POps) departments by performing tactical duties focused on the administration of experiential surveys to employees, partners, and vendors. They track SharePoint usage and departmental documentation audits. 

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

  • Administer the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) Survey quarterly by identifying the participants, working with Corporate Communications to communicate to the impacted participants; tracking the results, perform back-end analysis, communicating the feedback at the conclusion of each survey, and tracking the implementation of improvements
  • Administer the Partner Net Promoter Score (pNPS) Survey quarterly by working with the Revenue Ops team to identify the participants, tracking the results, perform back-end analysis, communicating the feedback at the conclusion of each survey, and tracking the implementation of improvements
  • Work with the People Ops department to administer pulse surveys in Lattice
  • Administer the Vendor Net Promoter Score (vNPS) Survey semi-annually by creating the survey, working with the VSM department to identify the participants, communicating with the impacted participants, tracking the results, performing back-end analysis, communicating the feedback at the conclusion of each survey, and tracking the implementation of improvements
  • Update the People Org dashboard weekly with SharePoint usage results
  • Track the progress of each departmental SharePoint and ServiceNow audit progress
  • Assist with miscellaneous activities

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least two (2) years’ experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, SharePoint, and data analysis
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Ability to relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
  • Ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
  • Interest in learning new systems and tools
  • Highly organized and detail oriented

Required Education & Certifications:

B.S./B.A. degree in Business or a related field; or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

    • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $48,000 or more depending on experience #LI-HK1 

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
