The People Operations Manager will oversee the operational functions of talent acquisition, recruitment, benefits, and employee experience at Aduro.The People Operations Manager will play a key role in enhancing our employee experience and driving operational excellence and scalability within a fast-growing organization.

Here is the type of work you will do:

  • Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Oversee and execute employee programs, including people management, performance management, employee engagement, and more
  • Own the employee lifecycle at Aduro, including all aspects of onboarding and offboarding
  • Facilitate annual performance review process for a rapidly growing team of 170 employees
  • Work with broker to manage employee benefits and educate employees on programs
  • Drive open enrollment process and plan evaluations
  • Serve as the point person for the team on day-to-day employee questions
  • Manage employee leaves of absence with end-to-end support
  • Oversee and drive the talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Provide weekly updates to stakeholders as to candidate status, pipelines, and hiring strategy
  • Accurately maintain employee records
  • Support the CPO and COO on ad hoc projects and requests

You may be successful in this role if:

  • You have 5+ years of people operations experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment a company of over 100 employees
  • Experience working as a multi-state employer is a plus
  • You are familiar with recruiting for technical positions
  • You have a proven ability to build lasting professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams, and keen ability to improve operations and processes
  • You have strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a knack for follow through
  • You have familiarity with multi-state employment laws
  • You have strong project management and collaboration skills
  • You are clear, concise, and organized in your written and verbal communication

You have a desire to grow along with our team The salary for the People Operations Manager role will range from $85,000to $100,000. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level. This role will start as fully remote and will transition part-time into the office once it is reopened, likely late Spring or early Summer 2022.
