What will you do in this role?
You will...

  • Auditing and processing claim payments
  • Run daily reports through WEX, enter bill/payment for WEX claim payments within QuickBooks for all Companies/Obligors and summarize weekly claims expense in Excel by Obligor
  • Creating Customer/Repair Facility claim check payments within QuickBooks
  • Resending failed credit card information through WEX
  • Provide backup and coverage continuity when other Team Members are out (lunches, PTO, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide high level of customer service
  • Adhere to the attendance policy


What will you need to bring to the table in order to be successful in this role?

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); minimum one year of bookkeeping and or call center customer service experience is preferred.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of navigating the Internet; basic skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; data entry experience.
  • Perform basic mathematical computations
  • remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • be friendly, courteous, service-oriented and flexible and enjoy working with others, focusing on job knowledge and expertise in a helpful, supportive communication style, while being collaborative in a structured environment.
  • Technical/analytical focused work with established systems, standards and procedures. Communication based on job knowledge and expertise.
  • Be detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure, while meeting all applicable deadlines, working in a steady even pace to promote accuracy and quality of work, ensuring tasks are completed before new ones are begun.
  • Resolve routine problems, using decision making within clearly defined job scope based on defined policies and procedures supported by management.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members and individuals.
