RingCentral Professional Services is looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to support the Strategic Partner Initiative. With each strategic partner there will be the requirement of programmatic onboarding. Once onboarded, the Partner Relationship Manager will assume responsibility for maintaining the partnership to leverage resources as needed and scale the long-term sustainability of the program.
Additional responsibilities for this role will involve systematic identification, analysis, management, monitoring and improvement of stakeholder relationships in order to target and improve mutually beneficial outcomes. For this role, you will work with a team of Program Managers and additional resources within the ProServ PMO, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Schedule regular meetings, record decisions and track deliverables (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of partners including but not limited to training and enablement, setting up commercials to satisfy partnership agreements, process improvements, and reporting.
Ensure partner priorities for new or changed products and services, in alignment with desired business outcomes, are effectively established and articulated.
Ensure conflicting stakeholder requirements are mediated appropriately.
Manage business processes relevant to the partner to support the engagement.
Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess overall effectiveness of the program and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Work experience with relationship building, customer service, and project management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and work within a team
Solid organization and time-management skills
Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Smart Sheets or Mavenlink)
BSc in Business Administration or related field
PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $78,000 and $116,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
