š About the Role
The Partner Operations Manager will work closely with the Head of Worldwide Partnerships and Alliances to enhance the multiple partner channels effectiveness and productivity and will function as an advocate for the Partner team. As a Partner Operations Manager, you will work on managing resources, to ensure every outcome aligns with the businessā needs, create business process innovation and ensure cross functional collaboration. In this role you will help to shape key decisions across Resellers, System Integrators, Service Providers, Cloud and Technology Partner relationships.
š§ Responsibilities
- Responsible for operations across cloud (GCP) and ISV marketplaces (SFDC, NOW etc.)Ā
- Oversee the partner playbook and CRM accuracy (Attribution tracking)
- Collaborate with Internal stakeholder & other department heads to identify opportunities for operational change & development that drive efficiencies and value and implement solutions
- Develop and track Partner business KPIs, Metrics, dashboards and analytics
- Support Partner deal desk processes for cloud, technology alliances and channel partners
- Work with leadership to develop organizational goals
š” Requirements
- 5+ years of partner operations experience; GCP, Tech alliances, Resellers/SI a plus.
- 2 + years experience with Salesforce.com.
- Strong operational mindset and ability to understand business objectives and convert to simple, tangible solutions.
- Ability to decompose complex business problems into their constituent partners
- Ability to support and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Passion for problem solving
- Experience with data visualizations tools to discern critical information from large data sources
- Tableau and additional sales tools is a plus
- Strong communications skills across all mediums and audience types
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines; must be able to multitask and be proactive
