Overview of position:
This is a new and great opportunity to join a small, passionate team in a quickly growing, thought leadership organization. The Partner Development & Enablement Professional will have responsibility for the full journey of our partners from discovery to onboarding, promoting benefits, on going support and retention. You’ll have ownership of care for a dedicated group of partners which includes ownership over accounts to foster and build genuine relationships of trust and loyalty between our Partners and Scaled Agile. You’ll provide feedback and influence into our growing partner program, working with a team that supports over 185 global, international and US based entities.
SAI’s Worldwide Partner Channel is our sales channel, without Partners, ubiquity of SAFe and the success of enterprises embracing lean - agile practices at an enterprise scale cannot be realized.

You’ll have passion and drive to not only succeed, but, see the success of our partners though their time, efforts and energy in supporting partners SAFe business.
What you will do:
- New Partners: Find, Win, Keep and Grow their SAFe capability!
- Existing Partners: ensure our community is growing and renewing!
- Drive channel success through education of SAFe training, coaching and transformation solutions
- Provide continued growth and development of your partners with a retention and renewal focus through business planning and execution
- Onboarding of new and continued support of existing partners
- Establish and sustain trusted relationships with partner teams and executives
- Support for monthly partner calls as well as partner 1:1 contacts
- Align partners with SAFe Fellows to support their events, webinars, etc.
- Track and report on partner revenue goals and KPI’s for partners
- Work with team to continue development of the partner program
- Present, support and attend SAFe Summit Partner Day
Skills and experience that are important for the role:
- Bachelor’s or higher academic degree
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a partner management, channel management or business development role
- Experience in expanding a thriving start-up organization or small business unit into new markets while remaining tightly aligned with the headquarters support team
- Passion, integrity and commitment to building a strong partner community
- Outstanding communication, writing and presentation skills, with the ability to customize key messages for specific target audiences
- Experience building a community
- Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, fast learning and collaborative personality with passion, integrity, drive and a positive attitude
- Utilize a highly collaborative working style
- Experience working in a SAFe or Lean and Agile environment is important and a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is a strong advantage.
- Experience in management consulting and/or sales is a strong plus
- Experience selling services particularly training and consulting through channel partners
Where you’ll be working:
This position is located in our corporate headquarters and learning center in Boulder, CO.
